Richard d'Entremont, MD

Richard D'Entremont, MD

Dr. d’Entremont retired December 2020

If your child’s primary care physician (PCP) was formerly Dr. d'Entremont, you will need to select a new PCP prior to scheduling the next physical exam appointment.  Families with HMO insurance plans will need to call their insurance company first to inform of this change before we can mark this change in our system.  Be sure to ask your insurance company for a confirmation number before completing your call as we will need to document that in our system.
