Excuse letters will only be provided for illnesses or conditions where your child was seen in our office.
Please note, most school absences do not require a medical excuse. Schools typically allow a certain number of unexcused absences per semester, so we encourage families to review their specific school’s attendance policies for more details.
For prolonged or recurrent absences, we recommend scheduling an in-person evaluation to assess whether a more serious medical condition may be present.
