MyChart handles most of what families need between visits — lab results, health forms, growth charts, immunization records, appointments, billing, and non-urgent messages to your child’s provider.
Log in to MyChart. To set up an account for the first time, call the office.
Who can have an account
Accounts are available to patients aged 13 and over, and to legal guardians of patients under 18 through a proxy account. What each account can see changes as a child gets older, which is a privacy requirement rather than our preference.
