How do I schedule an appointment?
You can book online through My Chart, call either office directly, or request a visit using the New Patients form. Same-day sick visits are usually available — call early in the day for the best selection of times.
What insurance plans do you accept?
We accept most major insurance plans. See the Accepted Insurance Plans document above for the current list, or call our billing team with questions about your specific coverage.
How do I access my child's records?
Records, results, and visit summaries are available anytime through the My Chart patient portal. You can also request copies directly from the front desk.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Please bring your insurance card, a photo ID, your child's immunization record, and the completed New Patient forms. Arriving 15 minutes early helps us get you checked in smoothly.
Do you offer after-hours or weekend care?
We offer extended summer hours and limited weekend availability. For urgent concerns after hours, our on-call line connects you with a provider.
